After-sales service

Engineering and commercial category products:
Warranty period: 3 years, free repair service, but shipping costs for repairs must be borne by the customer.

Customized products:
Warranty period: 3 years, free repair service, but shipping costs for repairs must be borne by the customer.

Apart from the above, if there are specific provisions in the applicable national laws and regulations, our company will follow the relevant laws and regulations.

Exclusions from after-sales service coverage:
1. Products beyond the warranty period
2. Non-original products, such as using our company’s light sources with other companies’ electronic components
3. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage (not following product manual instructions, any improper use, e.g., wrong wiring, using high voltage above 250V, exceeding rated load, or extreme conditions like high temperature, immersion in water, or corrosion)
4. Force majeure events, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes
5. Unauthorized disassembly, modification of the product, or tampering with the certificate of quality
6. Plastic parts (e.g., masks, heater panels, frames, etc.) are not covered
7. Products are customized and cannot be returned.

II. Returns and Exchanges
Situations eligible for returns/exchanges:
1. Inspect the product within 7 days of receipt. If damage from shipping is found, contact customer service for verification. If confirmed, the store agrees to exchange or refund and will cover round-trip shipping costs (buyer pays first and is reimbursed after the product is received). Returns are not accepted if there is no quality issue.
2. For wrong, missing, or extra items, contact customer service for exchange, resend, or return.
3. If damage occurs during return, the buyer must provide proof that the product was intact before packing and unboxing. Damages during transport are the responsibility of the courier; if not, the buyer must bear full compensation for the product.
*If you do not raise any issues within 7 days, it is assumed that you have accepted the batch of goods.
